Kristy Yoder is the Founder and CEO of Smart VAs, a virtual assistant agency. She was able to grow her agency 10x within 3 months after hiring her first virtual assistant and now she has a team of 45+ virtual assistants. Kristy is expert in the area of delegation and hiring virtual assistants..
Being a multi-skilled leader, she humbly worked her way from a freelance virtual assistant and digital marketer to an entrepreneur.
While working with previous clients, Kristy saw the increasing demand for virtual assistants, which could solve the growing number of Filipinos desiring to shift to home-based work.
This potential pool of talent struggle with a less competitive salary and long hours of commute due to traffic. Thus, she established SmartVAs. She has built and trained a team based in the Philippines to help more aspiring solopreneurs in the digital space.
Kristy is also passionate about reaching out to the needy. Before moving to the US, she volunteered to many cause-related activities through local missions and youth outreach. As it is in her heart, she wants to continue to help by giving back to small NGOs and local churches.
